BLACK GARLIC GARUM

An ancient sauce with a Terra Ignis twist. Fermented with black garlic and koji for 2 months for an intense and smoky finish.  Develops depth in dishes and goes great with stir frys, soups and stews. 200ml.

Ingredients: Black Garlic, Koji, Water, Salt, Chilli, Coriander.
