One of our favourite products to create, our wildcrafted vinegars, are made from scratch using a wild yeast fermentation, fermented to country wines and then on to form truly wild vinegars. These are live, probiotic vinegars, powered by nature. The whole process takes a few months and each vinegar is aged to perfection. Gentle enough to be used as drinking vinegars, try a shot in the morning or add to water and enjoy throughout the day. Beautiful as a salad dressing or added to smoothies and cooking. Great for balancing and adding flavour to cocktails. Available in a range of flavours.
