GLUTEN FREE WOOSTER

Handcrafted in small batches, this is a Terra Ignis take on a gluten free Worcestershire sauce. Using a different wildcrafted vinegar in each batch, crafted by us throughout the seasons. Made using Irish Seaweed to maintain that maritime influence, making it vegetarian and vegan friendly. Great to deglaze pans, start or add to sauces. Also makes a killer Bloody Mary! 190ml

 

Ingredients: Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Spices: Black Pepper, Harissa, All Spice), Garlic, Salt, Treacle, Blueberry Jam, Chilli, Seaweed.
