Want to take your fermentation journey to the next level? This workshop is suitable for those who have dabbled in fermentation and would like to take it a step further. We will cover the theory and making of Kimchi, Ginger Bug and Apple Cider Vinegar. Along with our demo, we will also share a delicious fermented lunch to tickle your tastebuds and inspire you on your fermentation journey.


Our Level 1 Workshop covers Sauerkraut, Kombucha and Tepache so if you're unfamiliar with the production of these, it may be best to stop by that workshop first as it lays the foundation for Level 2. 


Can't travel? No problem! Both workshops are available as online one to one / group workshops.
